About the roleWe are seeking a values-driven and proactive Contract Services Coordinator to work in collaboration with stakeholders to coordinate contract processes and funding applications and to support the review and endorsement of tenders, contracts and compliance requirements.
Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, this is a permanent, full-time position based in Blackburn, VIC. This is an Award Free role.
You will successfullyPrepare new documents, review existing documents and advise on appropriateness of terms and conditions, KPI's, Compliance items and outcomes associated with the delivery of funded services for Social Mission, Community Engagement and Corps Mission activities in an agreed timely manner.
Advise Heads of Department, General State Managers, and Service Managers on Compliance requirements within Agreements.
Take responsibility for specific areas of Contracts and processes as required.
Support the development and submission of Tenders and Grants as required.
Manage documentation through the Zendesk system, using agreed processes and time frames.
You will haveTertiary level qualification in relevant discipline or proven experience in related field.
Experience, (2 years plus) in community services sector.
Demonstrated knowledge of contract management practices and protocols.
Demonstrated abilities in compliance management and/or legislative change.
