Reporting to the Global Manager of Legal Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk, you will also collaborate closely in managing Bradken's global and local insurance policies, including their renewals.You will draft, review, and negotiate a full range of commercial contracts, licenses, and tender documents to ensure compliance with the company's objectives and risk profile.You will provide advice on the development of policies, standards procedures, and training programs on relevant contractual, compliance, and risk issues and topics.You will negotiate and draft changes to standard form contracts used across Bradken for Sales, Marketing & Technology, and Operations.
