You'll join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 unique professions and trades.What's the Role:You will provide global support on various contractual, compliance, and risk-related matters to aid the operations of the Bradken group of companies. Reporting to the Global Manager of Legal Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk, you will also collaborate closely in managing Bradken's global and local insurance policies, including their renewals.You will draft, review, and negotiate a full range of commercial contracts, licenses, and tender documents to ensure compliance with the company's objectives and risk profile. You will provide advice on the development of policies, standards procedures, and training programs on relevant contractual, compliance, and risk issues and topics.You will negotiate and draft changes to standard form contracts used across Bradken for Sales, Marketing & Technology, and Operations. You will work closely with Operations and provide advice and assistance about Bradken's commercial property and leasing matters, including the review and negotiation of leases.You will provide sound advice and guidance to functional groups in a timely and cost-effective manner, including identifying legal, commercial, financial, and reputational risks and ways to mitigate those risks.
