A strong, skilled and stakeholder-orientated Contract / Account Manager to lead multi-service contracts in Darwin and supporting the wider NT.Why ApplyThis leading organisation is well-renowned within the Facilities, Electrical, HVAC and Project Management sectors, to support a key client, they are seeking to appoint a Contract / Account Manager.Base CriteriaIdeally Trade qualified (A Grade Electrician, HVAC Technician, Fire Technician) with 5+ years contract / account management or service management experience.Outline DutiesPerforming a lead role ensuring ongoing supply of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Systems maintenance, minor works and repairs to a key client across multiple locations from the Darwin CBD to the Greater NT region.Lead, drive, support and coordinate staff (including contractors) undertaking work within a portfolio of client premises.Skills and AttributesContract / Account or Service Management experience within a recognised Maintenance Service Provider, running contracts between $3 million and $8 million.4+ years' experience in managing a team of 10+ (Electricians, HVAC Technicians and Admin Support staff).Strong staff coordination skills to ensure effective scheduling to deliver to Contract KPI's.An excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions.Engaging personality and strong presentation skills, who can lead effective weekly client meetings.A strong manager who can engage fully with frontline staff, undertake walk-rounds and head-office support and stakeholder engagement.Encouraging people development initiatives, commitment to safe working practices and enhancing specialisms within the portfolio.
