What will you be doing? Support the strategic growth and development of the customer, fostering a zero-failure culture.Develop a strategic plan aligned with customer and internal critical paths, ensuring clear goals and objectives.Provide leadership and management, ensuring performance and service levels meet expectationsDeliver KPI's and SLA's, maximising accuracy, productivity, and space utilisation.Support rapid growth, promptly addressing queries and complaints.Manage monthly customer reviews including CI improvement plans and contractual KPI's.Oversee contract and customer activity administration, ensuring compliance and effective leadership.P&L Management, delivery of contract targets, preparation and delivery of contract logistics budget.
