The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Contract Manager to join the Out of Home Care team on a full-time term basis.
Responsibilities:
Leading contract negotiations, variations, disputes and end of contract close out activities and providing high level advice and support relating to contract management matters within the business unit.
Providing advice to senior management relating to contracting and performance management issues and ensuring performance issues are addressed within the business units.
Participating in the implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives within the business unit.
Maintaining a strong understanding of strategic child protection business programs, priorities, issues and reforms.
About You:
We are looking for a confident individual who has the ability to achieve quality results within a complex and changing environment.
To be successful you will have experience delivering effective contract management, including monitoring and performance management of outsourced services.
You will have effective written and verbal communication and the ability to develop strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
