The contract manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts administration, contract variations, and updates.

Tasks & ResponsibilitiesBeing accountable for quality, safety, and the environment within their designated work sites.To maintain the timely delivery and reporting on contract services, pro-actively contribute to the formulation and direction of the additional cleaning services and implement controls to mitigate business risks.To ensure that all sites adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures, and manage payroll budgets in line with contract specifications.Persistent examination and care to ensure that the resources and systems are adequate and made available to all staff to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements established by SCC.To clearly and concisely communicate business and area objectives to cleaners so that they remain well informed of business activity.To identify contract risks and underperforming sites, notifying the National Operations Manager to address and manage issues effectively.To achieve successful site and cleaning room inspection results conducted by senior management or outside auditors.Interpret and explain contract specifications to internal stakeholders (e.g., staff members) and ensure compliance.Provide insights into contract variations, such as pricing, cleaning frequency, and budgets, and assist the BDM with preparing specifications and periodicals for contracts.Notify Senior Management of contract expiration dates and participate in negotiation and variation meetings with BDMs.Systematically record updates to specifications, schedules, client requests, and contract paperwork in the company's drive and keep Senior Management informed.To support the management of customer service activities and staff competence to optimize and sustain cleaning performance and customer satisfaction.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor degree in business.
Two years experience.
