Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking a Contract Manager - Facilities to join our Total Asset Management (TAM) team out of our Darwin Honeywell office, NT.
Reporting to the Portfolio Manager the primary purpose of this is to be Honeywell's primary site representative with responsibility for the successful carrying out of the company's contractual obligations under the FM (Facility Management) Subcontract.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Facility Management service delivery ensuring contract KPI's are always met.Provide the Portfolio Leader with timely advice and information when requested.Manage any legal issues or exposure in conjunction with Honeywell Legal.Ensure compliance to the FM subcontract agreement.Financial management, forecasting and reporting.Contract profitability and Dispute resolution.Customer relationship managementProject Co & D&C Contractor interface managementTeam leadership and staff management Key Experience & Capabilities: PPP (AUS), PFI (UK), P3 (USA/Canada) experience highly desirable.Police clearanceContract Management experience. Essential Services working knowledge.Facility Management qualifications (preferred)University or trade qualifications with significant work experienceComputer competencies including Microsoft OfficeAbility to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment.About Us The world is changing.
