Some travelling may be required.
ABOUT THE ROLE We have a number of Contract Manager roles available within the Southern Melbourne Region. Commencement date: 15th October 2024 The successful candidate will be: EnergeticConfident and accomplished Contract Manager with a proven track record in managing people.Ability to lead and develop a team, enhance operational disciplines, think tactically and strategically, and manage multiple stakeholders.Living in or around the Southern Melbourne Region.Skills/Experience Required Previous experience in a service-based industry working with medium to large corporate clients across multi-site environments.Capacity to understand and relate to clients across several sites within the educational sector.Ability to develop credibility with clients by demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and sound commercial acumen. A key deliverable is to ensure compliance with contractual requirements for service delivery, timeliness, and reporting.Effective engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination of activities critical to business objectives.Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a Police Check and a Working With Children Check.What will you be doing? Conduct Quality Service inspections and audits as scheduled and respond to weaknesses identified.Identify contracts "under risk" as projects and develop clearly defined objectives and action plans to prevent contract loss.Assist in key client liaison to ensure smooth transition of operational/functional changes attributed to permanent productivity improvements.Mobilize the start-up of new contracts and provide support to the wider team.Identify the client's decision-making process.Use foresight to identify potential client issues and resolve them before they become problems.Maintain regular face-to-face contact with client representatives.Ensure effective and timely communication within the business and with the customer and other key stakeholders.Provide timely reporting to Administration for work order progress status and close-out recording.Hold a Full Australian Drivers' licence.In return, the successful candidate will be offered a busy and exciting role offering: Employment with an established national organization.Professional growth opportunities.Industry-related qualifications.Offices close to the CBD.Flexible working hours.Fully-maintained company vehicle.Onsite parking.You will need to already be based in the Southern Region - VIC, have past success in management, and a proven ability to deliver results against these key result areas.
