In this role, you'll: Join our Coordinator General division within our Customer Journey branch. Reporting to the Manager Alternate Transport Planning you will develop, refine and implement contract management processes and strategies for Bus, Light Rail or Ferry services within Greater Sydney and actively manage strategic and transactional aspects of contract management to business unit leadership teams. You will be working with existing alternate multi modal transport contractors and determining when contracts are due to be reviewed and validating payment process for provisions of services in line with contract requirements. You will manage the end-to-end contract management activities across the subbranch to ensure that contracts are consistent with government priorities and Transport for NSW strategic directions to deliver high quality, integrated, customer-oriented services and demonstrates value for money. About you We're looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm and a balance of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively with our close-knit team. You're able to establish relationships and will enjoy communicating with your key stakeholders on a regular basis. You take a proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving and are comfortable working with dynamic and complex projects. You understand the importance of taking ownership and accountability, identifying and communicating potential risks and opportunities that can affect the provision of services. You will also need: • Relevant qualifications in procurement, law, commerce, business or economics and/or equivalent industry experience in contract management such as service contracts preferably in a commercial environment.
