Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As the Contract Management Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing contract performance and identifying potential risks early to ensure successful contractual outcomes.
You will achieve this by proactively communicating with contract owners and maintaining accurate records.
You will:
Promote a culture of ethical conduct, accountability, and compliance with Coal LSLs obligations as a Corporate Commonwealth entity.Actively monitor contract performance to identify risks and recommend appropriate strategies to achieve contract outcomes.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective and ongoing contract performance management to achieve organisational outcomes.Provide input into contract development and administrative support throughout the tender/quotation preparation, evaluation, negotiation, contract award and delivery phases ensuring principles of risk management, governance and compliance are considered in advice provided.Maintain appropriate systems for contract management that enable effective oversight. #J-18808-Ljbffr
