Your RoleYou will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives.Your ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be responsible for:
• To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
• To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit.
• To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people KPI.
• To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence by collaborating at a site level.
• To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds its productivity targets.
• To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support the closing of new business.
• To oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities across the site, ensuring the correct skills + training are in place + are compliant with health/safety/environment legislation + standards.
• To undertake any other tasks required by management.
• To implement site programs issued under the KNExcellence / Production System banner.
• To drive site certification roadmaps and excellence initiatives.
• To support and participate in activities directed at reaching agreed, annual, site targets.
• To actively draft and complete Continuous Improvement projects as Project Leader.
•To train personnel in compliance with required Lean Six-Sigma ratios and standards for the site.

Additionally, you will possess:
