Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Senior Java Developer - An exciting opportunity for a Senior Java Developer to join a leading Financial Services business.
Contract Term: 6 month contract with likely extensions.
Role Overview: This is a key technical hire on our client's major transformation project centred around the modernisation of their core applications.
This technology transformation transitions their platforms into multi-tier, domain driven, lightweight cloud based applications.
This is a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on writing good quality code, with good practices and delivering high quality outputs at a rapid pace.
The main technologies are Java, utilising Spring Boot with Microservices and API integration.
ESSENTIAL Skills: Java Docker Spring Boot Microservices API integration Webflux / Rxjava Team Structure: This role will report into an Iteration Manager within a squad of 2x API Developers, 2x UI/FE Developers, 2x Business Analysts, 1x QA.
