In support of their Defence Portfolio, Ventia are seeking a Contract and Data Administrator to join their global and diverse organisation.About the role
Based in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth or Sydney, this position is primarily responsible for: Maintain databases, registers and procedure manuals relevant to the functions.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders of systems aligning to business requirements.
Provide data analysis SME input to current and future IT projects.
Review and ensure timely delivery of monthly contractual reports, KPI performance reports statutory declarations and ad hoc reporting for our client.
Assist the business in meeting and exceeding contractual performance obligations and working with Senior Management to address identified areas for improvement.

About you
This is a Junior position and Ventia are open to offering training to the right candidate.
Ability to successfully engage stakeholders from various levels of the business.
Contract administration, quality management or commercial experience.
Experience in PowerBI or other similar data visualization systems.
Experience in auditing and compliance.
You must be an Australian citizen and able to maintain a Department of Defence Security Clearance to Apply.
