Contract Customer Service | Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our Melbourne team based in East Kew on a 3-month contract. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role within our Supply Chain team and the successful candidate would need to be available for an immediate start.
What you'll be doing The key responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our retail customers through:
Management and processing of customer ordersMaintaining DIFOT standardsInventory managementCollaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer delivery challengesMaintaining a high standard of communication with both internal and external stakeholdersWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG or Consumer ProductsExcellent working knowledge of Grocery retailer order fulfilment processes, systems and EDIIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, speed and accuracyCollaborative approach to problem-solvingAbility for immediate commencement on-site in our East Kew officeExperience with Apteon Apprise software will be highly regarded but is not essential.
