Contract Coordinator opportunity with global medical device company.
Full Job Description Our client, a globally recognized leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Coordinator to join their team.

In this role, the successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the company's commercial operations.
They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, legal, finance, and operations, to manage contracts and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with teams across sales, legal, finance, and operations to manage contracts effectively.
Supporting contract negotiations and ensuring terms align with the company's goals and standards.
Providing advice and guidance on contract-related queries from internal stakeholders.
Maintaining and managing important commercial documents with a high degree of accuracy.
Handling complex or sensitive discussions with clarity and professionalism.
Ensuring contracts meet all legal and regulatory standards.
Addressing any issues related to contracts or timelines proactively.
Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance team collaboration.
What you will need: The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in contract management or working with commercial teams.
Experience in medical devices or regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves building relationships across various teams.
A meticulous approach to documentation and compliance is highly valued, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have a proactive mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and identify effective solutions.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach are key, demonstrating a commitment to supporting colleagues and contributing to shared success.
