STGF are recruiting for our client in the children's educational products space seeking a Contract Coordinator, Melbourne based to join their team in a full-time role starting ASAP.
ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is Australia's leading manufacturer of children's educational teaching aids; specialising in art and craft and early learning materials. Their goal is to inspire and encourage creativity and learning in tomorrow's generation both in the classroom and at home.
ABOUT YOU You're an experienced Contract Coordinator with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at different stages with grace and ease. You're a brilliant communicator both verbally and in writing. You're extremely detail oriented, highly efficient, collaborative and positive. You're process driven with a strong focus to keep all projects running smoothly on time, on budget and to contract.
Your role as Contract Coordinator will support the Head of Product Development with an influx of design and development projects for delivery to one of their major international commercial clients. These projects will cover a range of different contracts in a major Australian retailer.
You have experience Project Coordinating and strong IT skills for online portals. You can work in a hybrid model - a mixture of working from the office (WFO) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and working from home (WFH) on Wednesdays and Fridays. You can travel to the office location approximately 30 mins from Melbourne City.
You're extremely organised, meticulous and efficient with laser sharp attention to detail and great communication skills - verbally and online. You're a team player - positive and collaborative keeping everyone on track with your high organisational skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office. Trello experience would also be valuable but not crucial.
THE JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure timely and accurate delivery of commercial client contracts.Monitor and manage budgets related to contract execution.Verify that product specifications are met according to contract requirements.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure contract terms and conditions are fulfilled.Oversee and manage communications through commercial clients online portals.Track and report on contract progress, ensuring adherence to timelines.Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to contracts.Support the negotiation process and maintain strong supplier relationships.Maintain organised records of all contracts and related documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
