Wood is seeking expressions of interest from a Contract Coordinator with proven Oil & Gas Maintenance experience to join our Operations business in Darwin, Northern Territory. This is anticipated to be a permanent role to support one of our key clients in the region with a start date in the 1st quarter 2025.Wood's Operations APAC (West) business delivers brownfields engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, optimization, and technical services to the Oil & Gas sector and enjoys long-term partnerships with the region's most prominent producers located in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Southeast Asia.You will be an Australian citizen or be eligible to hold Permanent Residency (PR) to work lawfully in Australia. Those with visa applications already in progress are also encouraged to apply. You must also be based in Darwin or willing to relocate to Darwin.QualificationsIdeally, you will have:Proven experience in a similar Contracts Coordinator role10 years maintenance experience, including 5 years in a supervisory maintenance role on a permanently staffed producing facilitySkillsIn addition, you will have:Extensive track record of successful operational and strategic delivery within the Oil & Gas sectorAn ability to interpret technical drawings, documents, and management reportsKnowledge of maintenance management systems (preferred)Excellent analytical, literacy, and numerical skillsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to provide 'hands-on' support as requiredWhat will set you apart is your proven experience as a leader of people with several years of supervisory experience, capable of engendering an entrepreneurial spirit of cooperation and energizing diverse teams to adopt best practices, driving optimal performance with safety at the heart of everything we do.It takes an inclusive and diverse global community of inquisitive minds to unlock solutions to tomorrow's most critical challenges.
