Contract Audit Assistant Manager

This CBD based Audit Practice needs an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join its thriving audit and assurance team on a contract basis.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished audit professional to take on an interesting contract in an extremely supportive environment offering potential for extension and possibly permanency .
Their strategy of bringing in extra resources for interim and busy season means the hours aren't too long and the role is on-site, hybrid or almost fully remote!
You will work on audits of medium to large, interesting entities while enjoying the support and mentoring from an impressive leadership team including Partners.
This is a role that will improve your career prospects whether you take on a permanent role within the practice or go elsewhere at the contract's conclusion as this experience is highly valued within the market.
The role will execute audits following an existing plan and play an integral part in the operations of this high performance assurance division .
The successful candidate will have 5 plus years of audit experience in a local audit team or Big 4 / Second Tier overseas.
Ideally, you will have completed either the CA or CPA program or similar overseas.
Given that client contact will constitute a significant part of the role, good communication and presentation are essential.
