Job Description An opportunity has arisen for a professional and well organised Contract and Finance Administration Executive to join our highly successful and market leading Residential team.
In this fast-paced role, you will be based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom, you will assist with administrative for Melbourne's most sought-after residential projects from launch to completion, as well as assisting with various ad hoc office/finance administrative tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include: Processing Contracts of Sale Documentation including data entry into various systems Liaise with Channel Agents and Colliers Retail Agents as required Assist with the management of shared email account Liaise with solicitors regarding sale documentation, general correspondence, contract status Produce reports as required Generating invoicing as required Assist with other administrative duties as required Assist with reception cover as required Qualifications To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills: Excellent communication and organisation skills Ability to work in faced paced, high-stakes environment Ability to prioritise, deal with several matters and work to deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Common sense approach to problem solving Additional Information In return, we offer an opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team and you'll also enjoy being part of the fastest growing real estate services company in the world.Colliers International is a leader in global real estate services and a great local success story.
