Contract Administrators - Tier 1 & 2 Builders

Several opportunities in both Tier 1 & 2 Construction Opportunities in the Inner, Southeastern & Western Suburbs $120 - 180K + Super (Depending on role & experience) Contract Administrator – Tier 1 & 2 Builders - Melbourne Several opportunities in both Tier 1 & 2 Construction Opportunities in the Inner, Southeastern & Western Suburbs $120 – 180K + Super Atlas Recruitment are currently recruiting across several Contracts Administrator opportunities within the Tier 1 & 2 space in Melbourne.
We have opportunities for those at an intermediate & experienced level, as well as those who are pushing transitioning into a Senior CA role.
Inner Suburbs – Tier 2 Builder – Health, Institutional & Residential builds up to $150M.
Northern Suburbs – Tier 2 Builder – School bundles & University Builds Southeastern Suburbs – Tier 2 Builder – Aged Care & Residential up to $60M Northern Suburbs – Tier 1 Builder - $200M Mixed Used Project (Apartments/Retail) Western Suburbs – Tier 1 Builder - $300M Data Centre Project All vacancies are permanent positions with long term prospects for career development & progression.
General Responsibilities: Tender response evaluation Scope of works and letting packages to sub-contractors.
Variation assessment in accordance with cost control Certification and payment of Progress Claims Finalisation of payments Liaison with Project Managers, Site Managers, Subcontractors and Suppliers Work within a third-party accredited Quality, Environmental and WHS systems About You 3-8 years of proven commercial experience, ideally on projects north of $20 – 50M.
Local experience within similar sectors is a strong advantage Highly motivated and proactive, tertiary qualified, team player Experienced with Australian Standards and Building Codes, and relevant health and safety legislation and its implementation.
