About the Role As an experienced CA you will be reporting directly to a highly respected Construction Manager and liaising closely with exceptionally approachable Project and Site Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Negotiating head & sub-contract agreements Providing monthly cost & financial reports Administer construction specification changes & documentation Producing progress claims & variations Processing sub contractor & supplier invoices Requirements: Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics or equivalent Strong budgeting, cost control & financial management skills.
