As part of the Strategy & Innovation team, the Contract Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Quality, Risk, and Compliance (QRC) activities of the business. This position ensures the maintenance of high compliance standards and optimal performance across contractual agreements, aligning with organisational requirements.
This is a permanent, part-time opportunity based primarily in our West Perth offices, supporting the Travel & Tourism team.
What Will You Be Doing? Reporting to the Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this role involves a wide range of responsibilities within contracts administration for the Travel & Tourism portfolio.
Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Administration of supplier contracts to ensure compliance.Preparing compliance reports and assisting with internal audits.Supporting the coordination of commercial tenders and evaluations.Managing information and documents within contract and supplier management systems.Supporting the maintenance of relevant policies, procedures and templates.Performing general administrative duties.What Are We Looking for in You? A solid understanding of operations within a contractor-based model.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively and build rapport with stakeholders.Proven experience as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-tasking environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.The ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.Flexibility to travel to various sites as needed.Previous experience in contract administration (highly regarded).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general system applications.We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a culture of continuous improvement.
