Contract Administrator - Tier 3 Government Work

This company has been operating over 30 years and has been successfully growing since its inception. This has been down to the fantastic amount of training and development poured into their staff and the onus being put on internal promotion. They have a great retention rate for this reason. However, it has now found itself in need of another contracts administrator to add to its already very talented and experienced team.
The project focus is on Government developments with total packages totaling from $5 - 20 million.
They look for people with a strong work ethic, but who still know how to have fun and how to look out for one another. They've focused on creating this culture to help drive their enthusiastic workforce. The founding directors know how to have fun and really highlight the need for a good work-life balance.

The OpportunityThe initial concentration will be on settling into the company, but very quickly you'll be expected to run rather than walk. The company has a healthy pipeline of negotiated projects on the horizon which are likely to need an experienced CA to take full control of. The position offers a very stable opportunity that could lead to quick promotion for a top performer.
The position will offer training within estimating/tendering, client management, site supervision along with much more.
Working with one of the most experienced and respected teams in the industry, you will be given autonomy to drive the jobs as you see fit with the backing of some of the industry's finest. You will be assisting up to 2 project managers at a time depending on the workload and size of projects.
