Your New CompanyTrifecta Recruitment have partnered with 2 highly reputable Tier 2 Commercial builders who have both been in operation for over 20 years.
They specialise in building Apartments, Aged Care, Schools, Industrial facilities, Commercial Offices and Luxury Residential builds up to $100m.
Due to recent internal promotions, they are both looking to bring on Contract Administrators for the below projects:$30M Social Housing project in the North$25M Self storage facility in the inner North West$40M Self storage facility in the inner suburbs.$10M University refurb in the CBDYour New RoleWorking alongside experienced PMs and SMs, you will be responsible for:Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.Financial forecasting and cost-tracking.Subcontract variation and progress claims.Assisting the PM with Head Contract client management.This will be a leading CA position.What you need to succeed

2-3+ years working in a CA role for a Commercial builder.Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.Ideally with experience in delivering Apartments where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.Ideally CHEOPS, Jobpac or similar financial management systems experience.A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.What's in it for you
