Contract Administrator - Tier1/Tier 2

Market Leading Builder Progressive Company Culture Ongoing Work Secured This high profile construction identity is continuing to win new work and as a result is looking to add to their team.
With new work on varied projects $50m - $200m, they are looking to appoint Contracts Administrators to their team in what is seen as long term appointments.
In this role you will work closely with a Project Manager and cover the full range of CA duties involving both head and sub-contract matters.
This will include progress claims, letting contracts, cost reporting and variations.
The company has well established systems and a loyal group of subcontractors with the client relationships strong with much of the work carried out for repeat clients.
To suit this role it is expected you are capable of carrying out the CA function, ideally on commercial-industrial projects of $30m- $300m.
You will have worked with recognisable tier one or tier two commercial-industrial builders in Melbourne and have a positive attitude to your work.
You will need good communication skills, a strong sense of commercial acumen and a good construction knowledge to fit within the existing team.
Experience with Jobpac, ProcuePro and PayApps will be highly regarded.
Remuneration will depend on the level of experience.
