Contract Administrator - Temp Contract

Your New Company A Brisbane-based fitout and refurbishment contractor with a strong portfolio of projects throughout Queensland. Due to a few recently secured contracts, the company is now looking for a Temporary Contracts Administrator (CA) to support its Project Managers during a busy period. This role is a 12-week contract designed to assist the team in delivering high-quality projects efficiently.


Your New Role As a Contracts Administrator, you will be working closely with the Project Managers to ensure contracts are managed and executed effectively. Your tasks will include reviewing and negotiating contracts, managing subcontractor agreements, processing claims and variations, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets. You'll play a key role in keeping projects on track during this peak period.


What You'll Need to Succeed Experience as a Contracts Administrator, ideally within fitout or refurbishment projects Strong understanding of contract management and construction processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of Queensland building regulations Proficiency in construction management software is advantageous (CHEOPS) What You'll Get in Return This is a great opportunity to join a well-regarded contractor on a temporary basis.
