We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator / Site Engineer / Graduate to join a leading Developer / Builder in the Forster region on the Mid North Coast NSW.This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer / CA / Graduate to join a growing organization and forge a career path of your choosing, whether that be site management or project management.You will be working on a Multi-Residential Building project initially, valued at $50m with a forecast completion date of mid 2026.Benefits & CultureIn return for your hard work and dedication, you will be offered:Career growth opportunity, with a supportive and inclusive work cultureDiverse and challenging project with variation in role responsibilitiesBe part of a tightknit and family-oriented teamKey ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will be reflective of the project stages, however, include but are not limited to:Working closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project programs and schedules.Assist project manager with all project procurement.Manage stakeholder relationships including authorities, subcontractors, and internal team members.Assist with the management of Contracts, including progress claims, variations & RFI's.Assist the project manager with design management and coordination with consultants.Support the management and monitoring of WHS practices/policies on site.Support site QA and ITP processes.Supporting on-site personnel with general administration and documentation as required.About YouDemonstrated knowledge working on Construction projects in a similar capacity.Relevant qualifications including Bachelor of Construction Management or Project Management.Proficient in MS Office suite.Experience with Procore preferred but not essential.Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a positive teamwork ethic.Be driven to succeed and geared towards career development and growth.Located in the Mid North Coast area or open to relocation.
