TEN Recruitmenthas an exclusive role registered with a national contractor. With a new project award which is starting in January 2025, we are now looking for a Contracts Administrator to be based on site to deliver this $20m facility.
To be successful you'll require the following criteria -
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management and Economics or related degree.Previous experience working with a main contractor, executing head contracts and sub-contractor requirements.You'll need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to work as a leading team member within a busy site.Acconex software experience preferred but no essential.Reside in WA with recent commercial construction experience.3 years experience within a commercial construction environment.
Your responsibilities include:
Preparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractorsProvide support with procurement and purchasing mattersWorking closely with the site and project management team to ensure all the commercial aspects of the projects are running smoothlyManage all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the projectAid with project cost forecasting and reportingLiaise with stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliersProvide appropriate input in the negotiation of contracts as requiredReview progress claims and prepare progress payment certificatesEnsure compliance with budget and expenditure protocols
