Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor The Company
A well-established Mid-Tier contractor with over 30 years in the Civil Construction industry in NSW. They have a solid presence within the civil infrastructure space.

Roles and Responsibilities: Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules Preparation of head contract progress claims Submission and evaluation of variations Managing both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstream Head contract administration Prepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction Manager Administer RFIs to clients and consultants Assisting Project Manager with daily operations Maintaining project document control Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers Ideally you will possess: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a similar field Minimum of 4 years post-study relevant practical experience in Australia Sound knowledge of civil construction market Experience working on complex or multiple projects Demonstrated proven track record of the successful delivery of contract across civil and local council projects Beneficial for you to have: Ability to work to deadlines and mentor junior CA's / QS's A strong background in contracts administration or quantity surveying Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Civil & construction experience Strong OH&S awareness Jobpac, Procore, Cheops experience or similar Excellent MS Office suite experience Benefits: Work on some of Sydney's iconic infrastructure projects Top package on offer Long term career opportunity Sydney based #J-18808-Ljbffr
