Contract Administrator/Quantity SurveyorThe CompanyA well-established Mid-Tier contractor with over 30 years in the Civil Construction industry in NSW. They have a solid presence within the civil infrastructure space.
Roles and Responsibilities:Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedulesPreparation of head contract progress claimsSubmission and evaluation of variationsManaging both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstreamHead contract administrationPrepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction ManagerAdminister RFIs to clients and consultantsAssisting Project Manager with daily operationsMaintaining project document controlBuild relationships and negotiate with suppliersIdeally you will possess:Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a similar fieldMinimum of 4 years post-study relevant practical experience in AustraliaSound knowledge of civil construction marketExperience working on complex or multiple projectsDemonstrated proven track record of the successful delivery of contract across civil and local council projectsBeneficial for you to have:Ability to work to deadlines and mentor junior CA's / QS'sA strong background in contracts administration or quantity surveyingExcellent communication skills both written and verbalCivil & construction experienceStrong OH&S awarenessJobpac, Procore, Cheops experience or similarExcellent MS Office suite experienceBenefits:Work on some of Sydney's iconic infrastructure projectsTop package on offerLong term career opportunitySydney based#J-18808-Ljbffr
