The Client Having been established for over 20 years in Perth, this head contractor has long standing relationships with high quality sub contractors and prides themselves on delivering a high quality project delivery, regularly looking at repeat business from key clients.
You'll be exposed to a wide variety of project diversity - Education, Commercial, Government, Industrial, Mixed Use etc - ranging in project values from $20-80m.
This is a newly created role due to growth, which will be a hybrid role between the Osborne Park office and site.
The Role - Contract Administrator / Quantity SurveyorAs Contract Administrator, you'll be responsible for working in close collaboration with the project delivery team - with a long standing PM in the business, who can get you up & running quickly from an internal systems perspective.
You'll take on all aspects of Contract Admin / QS - overseeing, preparing, negotiation of contracts with clients, sub contractors and suppliers.
Risk assessment, project coordination, progress claims / reporting, RFI's etc.
in a well rounded role.
