Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, Supervisors, and other stakeholders, you will manage internal and external communications and reporting. This role requires expertise in contract management, procurement, quality assurance, and programming to ensure all project requirements are met.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure contractual obligations under the head contract and subcontracts are met.Communicate relevant project information to consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and project staff as appropriate.Liaise with construction staff and subcontractors to plan and execute work, emphasising sequencing and timing.Support the management team in driving the Project Management Plan.Assist with programming, planning, and forecasting to ensure alignment with the overall construction schedule.Monitor progress and proactively identify and address issues impacting the program schedule.Develop work programs aligned with the master construction plan.Oversee and monitor critical project components, including structure, façade, and fit-out.Manage and track subcontractor progress on-site, ensuring correct implementation of design.Conduct site inspections at critical checkpoints and enforce remedial actions where required.Provide regular reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.Build strong relationships with clients, their agents, and end users.OUR PROJECTStormvogel are in the early stages of constructing a 15-storey high-rise apartment building at Kangaroo Point, featuring whole-floor, high-end luxury residences. The project will run for approximately 3 years and is designed to offer premium specifications and finishes as we aim to deliver the highest quality build for our clients.ABOUT YOU2-3 years site and construction experience, with a strong understanding of building principles, and a passionate drive to learn and grow within the roleBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of contract management and documentation delivery.Ability to interpret and work with construction drawings.Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia.Experience with design, estimating, and procurement processes.Proven experience in preparing tender submissions.Strong communication and organisational skills.WHAT WE OFFERIntegrated compensation - we offer a balanced compensation package that values your contributions and well-being.
