Contract Administrator/ Project Administrator

Our client is navigating a busy period while responding to a Commonwealth tender.
They're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to help manage the increased workload.
This role would suit someone with contract experience or an individual with a background in project support (e.g., Project Support Officer or Project Administrator) who is keen to apply their skills to the RFT submission process.
This is an Initial short term contract with immediate start (Dec/Early Jan) with potential to extend for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the coordination and administration of the RFT resubmission process.Assisting with the preparation and organisation of required documentation.Ensuring timelines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.Communicating with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information.Required Skills and Experience: Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key!Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.Excellent review, editing, and proofreading abilities.Ability to manage your time effectively.Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with plenty of enthusiasm and motivation.Contracting experience - ideally with ASDEFCON.Other Information: Australian Citizenship is a must, Defence security clearance preferred.Fulltime onsite in Mawson Lakes.Interviews taking place next week (week 16th December).Standard hours with negotiable start/finish times.If you are ready to take on a role where your expertise in contracting and attention to detail will be highly valued, we'd love to hear from you.
