About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Contract Administrator to join a leading construction company based in Brisbane.
Initially working on large-scale townhouse developments and Multi-Res Projects value $30M+ , the company is committed to delivering exceptional quality builds.
With upcoming projects across Greater Brisbane (1 x role Northside and 1 x role Southside), this role will see you deliver on projects and make a real impact on the company's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Negotiation, preparation, and management of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure that all contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Address any contractual issues that arise, and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to contracts and project delivery.
Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the company's interests are protected.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Director and Construction Manager on the status of contracts, financial performance of projects, and any issues or opportunities that arise.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure clear communication and resolution of any disputes.
Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role, with a focus on construction projects, particularly townhouses, apartments, and retirement living spaces.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contract law, and financial management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
