The Recruit Group (TRG) is partnering with a respected Queensland-based construction company known for excellence across the commercial, retail, residential, and government sectors.
They are seeking a motivated professional to join their dynamic team in a mid- to senior-level role, working on high-profile projects throughout Southeast Queensland, including key government tenders and residential developments around Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the procurement register to meet project deadlines.Collaborate with Project and Site Managers for timely procurement.Manage contractor engagement and contractual obligations.Process monthly subcontractor claims accurately.Manage variations in both head and subcontractor agreements.Achieve project success in stakeholder relations, time, cost, quality, safety, and process compliance.Provide practical solutions to on-site challenges.Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ideal Candidate: Qualifications in contract administration, quantity surveying, construction management, or engineering.Minimum 3+ years of contract administration experience.Preferably experienced with Design and Construct contracts.Strong communication skills for building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ownership abilities.Please submit your up-to-date CV by hitting APPLY or contact us directly.
