Contract Administrator – Mid – Senior Level

$150,000 – $180,000 P/a Including Superannuation Contract Administrator with over 3 - 5+ years CA experience on commercial New Build and/or Fit-out/refurbishment projects valued at circa $1Mil - $20M+ in value.

Role Responsibilities: Prepare subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings, and packages.
Strong procurement.
Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts.
Manage and track project expenditure inclusive of subcontractor claims.
Progress claim assistance and external variations.
Administration of RFIs to internal and external stakeholders.
Role Requirements: Have min 3+ years' experience working on medium to large scale Commercial and/or Residential (Apartment) new build and/or fit-out/refurbishment projects.
Hold relevant qualifications in construction management.
Have experience working on projects valued circa $1Mil - $20Mil+.
Be well organized with a keen eye for detail.
Communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Have experience dealing with suppliers, negotiating, and finalizing contract agreements.
