We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team working in Melbourne.Join our great supportive culture.
Bowden Corporation is a tier 3 commercial construction company that has been in operation since 2001. We operate across Melbourne and regional Victoria, most often on projects that make a difference to the community such as schools, social housing, emergency services, and local council infrastructure.
As a Contract Administrator with us, your key responsibilities include:
Achieving project profitabilityMitigation of project riskMaximising project opportunityProcurementClient, sub-contractors, and consultant communicationAdherence to and management of administrative elements of the contract and projectYou will work closely with your project team to deliver projects on time, with strong commercial outcomes, and to expected standards of quality and safety. You will spend time in the office and on-site.
It is important to us that our people are collaborative, team players with strong communication skills, have appropriate construction knowledge and experience, are proficient with project management software, can operate in a fast-paced environment, and always operate with integrity.
Ideally, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification.
The position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
