Contract Administrator | Luxury Residential Your New Company Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable builder who have been in operation for over 20 years. They specialise in building luxury Apartments, Commercial Offices and Luxury Residential builds up to $75m. Within their luxury homes division, they are looking at hiring an experienced CA, this is new hire to the business due to growth. Your New Role Working alongside an experienced PM and SM, you will be responsible for: Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts. Financial forecasting and cost-tracking. Subcontract variation and progress claims. Assisting the PM with Head Contract client management. This will be a leading CA position. Mainly site based however also some days in the office. What you need to succeed 2-3+ years working in a CA role for a Luxury Residential builder. Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential. Experience in delivering Luxury Residential builds ($2m+) where you have seen the full life cycle of the project. Ideally CHEOPS or similar financial management systems experience. A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important. What's in it for you Working on homes with a build cost above $10m.
