The OpportunityYou will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contracts process within their commercial landscaping division.
This role includes administering contract documents, supporting project teams, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of contract management, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The RoleContract Management: Review, prepare, and administer contract documents for various landscaping construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies.Documentation: Maintain organised records of contract agreements, change orders, and other pertinent project documents.Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure clarity on contract details, deliverables, and schedules.Risk Assessment: Identify potential contract risks and work with project managers to mitigate them effectively.Financial Tracking: Monitor project budgets, track progress payments, and assist with invoicing and financial reporting.Compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and contractual obligations.Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members throughout the project lifecycle.The Requirements2-3 years as a Contract Administrator / Project Engineer / Junior PMCertificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (Desired)Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction / Civil (Considered)Must be working for a construction company in AustraliaDriving licenseTo ApplyPlease click on "Apply for this job" below to send your resume for consideration.
