The Role

As the successful Contracts Administrator, you will be an integral part of the project delivery team from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in negotiating head contract conditions in line with company benchmarks. Manage and monitor subcontract/supplier conditions to align with Head Contract terms. Oversee timely issuance of cost reports, subcontractor status, agreements, and insurance policies. Attend tender handover meetings and provide monthly project cost reports. Collaborate with administrators to ensure updated information for cost meetings. Lead handling of Head/Subcontract disputes and insurance claims, seeking legal advice as needed. Supervise subcontract negotiations, letting values, and budget alignment.
