Position Overview: Seeking a qualified Contract Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of contracts for commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will have experience in contract management, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Administer and manage contracts for commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate and finalize contract terms.Review and analyze project documents, identifying potential risks and proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.Monitor and track project costs, changes, and variations to ensure accurate financial reporting.Prepare and process contract documents, including change orders, submittals, and requests for information.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and resolve any contractual issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field (Ideally)Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal requirements, and industry standards.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Please click "apply" to be considered.
