Project: $24m High End Apartment complexSalary: $130,000 to $180,000 + SuperLocation: South East SuburbsCompanyFounded over 10 years ago, this architectural building company delivers Commercial and Multi-Level Residential projects up to $25M and prides itself on high-end finishes and the quality of its work.This company operates predominantly on a 5-day working week and delivers projects around the CBD fringe and Inner-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.This business has confirmed work signed off until mid-2026, with an increasing need to grow its team.Project:Joining the team as a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all the contracts and commercials of a $24m High End residential project in the South Eastern suburbs.
This project will run for the next 12 months.Role:You will be responsible for the following on the $24m apartment project:Project procurementSub-contract lettingDesign coordination (with architects & consultants)Variations and claims managementITP's/quality and general coordination/administrationRequirements:Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, with a strong understanding of multi-level construction and commercial projects in AustraliaExcellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with various stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approachProficient in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contractual agreementsFamiliarity with construction industry regulations, compliance, and risk managementUnlimited working rights in AustraliaContact Details:If this sounds like your next position, please reach out to Ryan Attard onMobile: 0431 767 838 Email: ******
