Due to growth within the business, our client requires an experienced contract administrator to join their team!
About the company: Tier 3 Builder with a great company reputationProjects up to $25 Million (predominantly education, community and government projects)20 staff within the businessOffice located in the inner western suburbs40% site based/ 60% office basedWorkplace encourages employees health and wellbeingMon - Fri, Sat not requiredSalary up to $140,000 Package Including SuperRoles and Responsibilities: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiate and finalise subcontractsManage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimsAdminister RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsAdminister the project HSE systemTo be considered for this position you will require: Experience working on new build projects ideally in excess of $5 MillionGood knowledge of the Victorian construction marketStrong and proven track record on major Commercial projects (over a period of at least 3 years at this level)Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experiencePlease apply online using the appropriate link below or contact Sophia Klein on or .
