Position Title: Contract Administrator
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the development, evaluation, and negotiation of contract modifications, service agreements, and cleaning programs.
Address inquiries and resolve issues regarding cleaning contracts, service agreements, and client requirements.
Manage documentation related to cleaning contracts, service agreements, and operational protocols.
Supervise cleaning contractors' activities, ensuring compliance with work orders and service standards.
Prepare detailed submissions and reports on cleaning operations, including quality assessments and performance metrics.
Evaluate data related to cleaning projects, analyse outcomes, and report findings to management.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in the cleaning or construction industry.
Relevant qualifications in Leadership and Management, such as a Diploma or Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
Railway Industry Worker (RIW) Card, to work on railway infrastructure, including train stations.
Proven experience in contract administration, team management, or a related role in the construction or cleaning industry, with a strong track record of leadership and team management in a recognized company.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of contract administration principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret and manage contracts, including tendering and procurement processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) principles and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act.
Experience in a similar role in the construction or cleaning industry.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
