Contract Administrator

This also means a chance to have influence and fast-track your growth, as you will work directly with the Director. Their goal is to put you in a PM position within 18 months. The company has just won a $12m multi-level office building project in South Melbourne. It also has two $4m townhouse projects in the eastern suburbs, which are currently live, and a hotel refurbishment is also in the pipeline, confirmed for early 2025.
The Director has an excellent reputation. He has delivered projects up to $50m and ran one of Melbourne's prominent commercial construction companies. He's a terrific operator and someone you can work under to develop your construction knowledge and career.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least three years of experience in a CA position working on commercial construction projects, preferably in multi-use commercial/multi-res projects.
This role needs an individual who can hit the ground running.
The salary on offer is up to $135k plus super for the right individual.
