Contract Administrator

Work closer to home on the southern end of the Peninsula. Are you a Contract Administrator looking to reduce travel or develop your career working for a reputable builder?  Completing high-end projects of up to $10m, you will work with a construction and project manager, managing the entire administrative function throughout the project. The salary on offer is up to a $130k package. You will work in open-plan, well-designed offices close to lunch spots, prime beaches, and the projects you will work on. The office environment is professional, focused, supportive and friendly.  Team incentives, tipping comps, and lunches with the Directors are all part of the piece. Sites are nearby so you won't commute to the city regularly. The Construction Manager will lend you a hand and support you if needed. The Directors have created a reputable business with a solid pipeline of work. You will always be working on projects and have job security. You will be based at the head office but can also head out to the site to see the progress of the projects and key milestones. Liaising and consulting with the best architects and affluent clientele is an opportunity for you to continue your career path as a CA in an engaging environment. You will work with long-standing subcontractors, pricing and negotiating packages, scope of works, variations, sourcing new contractors and letting contracts. Solid experience as a CA or PC in the high-end, multi-residential or commercial construction sector is sought after as you will start work on ongoing projects.
