Contract Administrator

Design & Build are currently working with an established builder with decades of experience delivering a diverse range of projects.
They are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who has a strong skill set delivering commercial projects up to $25M.
To be successful in this role you will either be an experienced Contract Administrator (or Senior Contract Administrator), or have significant recent experience as a Project Administrator (5+ years).
Your Experience And Qualifications Relevant Contracts Admin or Project Management experience Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alike Autonomy to work individually and as a part of a team Understanding of construction practices and processes The ability to write a detailed scope of works Intimate knowledge of Qld Construction legislation Knowledge of environmental management responsibilities Experience with head contract and subcontract negotiation skills Must have Australian experience Must be an Australian Citizen

Your Duties and Responsibilities Contractual dispute resolution Heavily involved in the procurement process Prepare subcontractor documents Monthly preparation and presentation of project reports Financial monitoring and planning Preparing and presenting progress claims Stakeholder engagement and management Adhere and value safety principles and practices
