With a strong track record of success, we are looking to expand their team to support an exciting pipeline of developments.Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator with a building background to support their Civil & Groundworks team.
In this role, you will be key in assisting with the management of contracts, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You will also provide support to the estimators by assisting with cost estimations and project forecasting.Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer contracts for civil and groundworks projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.Support the estimators by assisting with cost estimation and preparing tender submissions.Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.Assist with the preparation of variation orders, change orders, and progress reports.Contribute to the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.Provide general administrative support to the civil, groundworks, and estimating teams.Key Requirements:Strong background in building or civil construction, with experience in earthworks, remediation, shoring and piling, or demolition projects.Proven experience in contract administration, with a good understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements.Interest in development projects, with a desire to contribute to large-scale development initiatives.Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Relevant qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field is desirable.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic team working on exciting and varied civil engineering projects.Opportunity for professional development and career progression.Work with a supportive and experienced team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.If you have a strong building background and a keen interest in supporting civil, groundworks, and development projects, we want to hear from you!Click APPLY now and the team will be in touch.
