Design & Build Recruitment is working with a well-regarded contractor based in Pyrmont.
This 4-month contract role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to work on a standout project.The RoleAs a Contracts Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth financial and contractual management of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating subcontractor agreements.Managing project costs, budgets, and progress claims.Tracking variations and ensuring accurate documentation.Assisting with procurement and supply chain coordination.Liaising with the Project Manager and site teams to maintain progress.About YouTo excel in this role, you'll need:Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial fit out or construction projects.Strong understanding of construction contracts, including variations and claims.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in relevant project management and accounting software.A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What's On Offer?Competitive hourly rate, tailored to your experience.A supportive and collaborative project team environment.The chance to work closely with a Senior CA.Potential for future opportunities with a respected contractor.If you feel your experience matches the person specification please contact Todd Wilcox on 02 9376 8200 or click apply.
